Hailing any and all greater civilizations of the galaxy!

We, the people of Billundia of the planet Valyance, send greetings to you and your kind. We seek contact with new life and new societies in effort to gain knowledge of the universe. Our journeys into space have only just begun, with only recent colonization of nearby solar systems. Yet, we hope to exchange knowledge and perhaps establish trade routes between our societies if possible.

Although some of us are working towards it, currently Valyance is a world that is not united. There are many nations here. If your spaceships should travel to Valyancian Space, they may encounter various nationalities including Billundians, Lortarians, Darknians, Kardarlites, and Formians (just to name a few). The Billundian Federal Space and Pilot Corp (FSPC) and the Lortarian Lunar Guard (LLG) are the two nations most actively involved in space travel and colonization and are willing to work diplomatically with visitors from other Sectors. However, we do ask that guests follow our Treaty of Kozera, which restricts the use of certain technologies in specified districts on the surface of Valyance proper.

We hope this message reaches you so we may engage in commerce and diplomatic relations.

Shortly after people from your sector send initial responses back to Valyance, you begin receiving another signal. It seems during the years it took the first pod to reach you the Valyancians have developed better long-range communications.
